Each year our church participates in the support of over 700 missionaries in 154 countries. We give this support through a special offering program called Faith Promise. We have a special week-end once a year when we ask our people to pledge support for missions over a twelve month period. Our theme for this year is “Time to Plant Hope, Love, and Salvation around the world”.

During the year we also take an offering called Alabaster Offering. This offering is a love offering based on the special offering that a woman gave to Jesus in Matt. 26: 6-7, Mark 14:3 & Luke 7:37. The money collected in this offering is used to buy land, build churches, schools & medical facilities around the world.

A very informative way to connect in missions is by reading books written by missionaries. In these books they share their experiences on the field. They also tell us about the people and their stories of coming to Christ. It is exciting to hear how God is working around the globe through the Nazarene Church.
