Vince Gappa

Senior Pastor

Pastor Vince Gappa joined us in the spring of 2009.  He and his family are an exciting addition to our church family.  Pastor Vince loves building relationships with people thoughout the communities he pastors.  He openly welcomes any contact that you would like to make concerning spiritual questions, needs, and insights.  Pastor Vince loves to ski, go white water rafting, and all kinds of sports.  He is joined by his wife Kathleen, Allison, Amanda, and Aaron.


Randy Garmon

Pastor of Administration and Worship

Randy and Bev joined the Lakewood family in June of 2008.  He is a 1982 graduate of Mid-America Nazarene University; was ordained in 1993 by the Colorado District Church of the Nazarene.  They have served in several Nazarene churhes and a Free Methodist church in Idaho.  Randy loves family, good friends, reading, biking, hiking, preaching and worship.  He and Bev both are compelled to encourage people to bring, with authenticity, their worship to God.  The result of that worship is a love for people they meet along the short pathway called LIFE.  

Carol Alberts

Pastor of Children's Ministries

Pastor Carol grew up at Lakewood Church of the Nazarene and has a love and passion for our congregation.  She has worked in the Children's department for the last 9 years.  Pastor Carol was Director of Early Childhood Development for 5 years and in May 2007, joined our staff as the Children's Pastor.  She ignites enthusiasm with her love for Jesus and mission to share Christ's love with our children.

Roger Young

Pastor of Hospital Care and Visitation

Roger Young is a retired minister who serves the church as a minister of pastoral care.  Many of his assignments take him to hospital rooms, nursing homes, or homes in the community.  He began his work as a staff minister at the Lakewood Church in 1974.  He has previously been a senior pastor in the Church of the Nazarene and a grief facilitator for Lutheran Hospital.
